True freedom is knowing that your children have a complete Seder plate.
This past Pesach, Meirim Lachaim conducted its annual Maot Chittim campaign, distributing full holiday baskets to underprivileged families across Israel.
Each crate was packed with matzah, wine, grape juice, fresh produce, cleaning supplies and more. Our mission was to ensure that everyone could celebrate the holiday with joy and feelings of freedom!
We are deeply grateful for the generous donations that we received from the community along with the outpouring of support that turned this project into an outstanding success!
Our annual Maot Chittim Campaign is just one chapter in Meirim Lachaim’s year round mission of standing by families in crisis and restoring their stability and dignity. Our efforts span a wide range of vital services, including food distribution, financial assistance to orphaned brides and grooms, and visits to patients in hospitals and the homebound—because we believe that true support means seeing the whole person and family, and ensuring that no one is left to face his challenges alone.
